All sales of live animals are final. We do not offer refunds for animals except in cases where the animal arrives dead on arrival (DOA) or meets our documented care protocol requirements. Snake Shipping

Snakes ship Monday and Tuesday only. Overnight shipping is required, and you'll pay for shipping at checkout. We only ship to nearby FedEx hubs. You'll be contacted 2 days before your snake ships, so please be ready for pickup.

Fish Shipping

Fish ship Monday through Thursday. Choose overnight or 2–3 day delivery at checkout. All fish are packed with protective gear to ensure safe arrival.

Apparel & Accessories

Shirts, stickers, and other items are fulfilled by third-party partners and may take longer to arrive.

Weather & Safety

We only ship when weather conditions are safe for animals. Shipments may be delayed during extreme temperatures or severe weather.

Most pricing is accurate at checkout, but occasionally adjustments may be needed. Overnight shipping for a single small snake starts at $60, though we may contact you about additional costs if shipping runs significantly higher than expected.

Fish pricing varies based on quantity and box size required. We'll reach out if extra payment is necessary.
